Thinking about downtown Fort Worth engagement photos or maybe even a sweet little elopement at the Tarrant County Courthouse? Well, you’ve landed in the right spot! I’m a local photographer, and I love showing off all the charm this city has to offer.
It’s the best feeling when clients find me through word-of-mouth, and that’s exactly how I connected with Kristina! I first met her family when I photographed her sister’s engagement and wedding, and I was so honored when Kristina reached out for her own session. She was drawn to my photography style, so she booked me for her own photos. Seriously, that’s the best compliment.
When we started planning their session, Kristina expressed interest for a city vibe and suggested, if possible, that we stop by a bar since she and Ryan met at one in Deep Ellum. If you don’t already know, I LOVE shooting in bars and urban settings. I particularly enjoy downtown Fort Worth engagement sessions – not only because it’s close to my home, but also because of its historic charm and relative quietness (ie: Panther City ). Fortunately, Kristina and Ryan were on board with my idea and drove over from Dallas to meet me downtown on a sunny January afternoon.
We kicked things off with a quick drink in the the lobby of The Worthington Renaissance Hotel. It was the perfect way to loosen up, chat a bit before we got started, and shake off any pre-photo jitters. Our sever was super sweet and accommodating, too! Afterward, we wandered around my favorite downtown loop, which runs from the Tarrant County Courthouse to Sundance Square and every cool spot in between.
Kristina and Ryan were total rockstars! They embraced all my prompts and were just so much fun to work with. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better session!
